Stage 1 Document Preparation

Applicant is required to prepare following stated documents for himself and his/ her dependents. All other documents will be prepared by us [L&H MM2H Department].

 

Now the submission need the applicant to pay a submission fee (Application Fee) as following:

  • Platinum- RM 200,000
  • Gold- RM 3,000
  • Silver- RM 1,000
  • Special Zone- RM 1,000

Note:

  1. Application submission for parents of applicant’s parents should be after the approval of applicant.
  2. Below documents are required for those who apply through MM2H registered agent only.

Main Applicant:

  • Certified true copies of passport personal particulars page including last entry stamp into Malaysia and its relevant pass
  • Four (4) coloured passport sized photographs (3.5 x 5.0 cm, with blue background)
  • Evidence documents of purchased property (If the applicant already purchased the residency property before apply the MM2H visa)

Spouse:

  • Certified true copies of passport personal particulars page including last entry stamp into Malaysia and its relevant pass
  • Four (4) coloured passport sized photographs (3.5 x 5.0 cm, with blue background)
  • Certified true copy of Marriage Certificate

Children (Unmarried & under 21 years old):

  • Certified true copies of passport personal particulars page including last entry stamp into Malaysia and its relevant pass
  • Four (4) coloured passport sized photographs (3.5 x 5.0 cm, with blue background)
  • Certified true copy of children’s birth certificate

Parents

  • Certified true copies of passport personal particulars page including last entry stamp into Malaysia and its relevant pass
  • Four (4) coloured passport sized photographs (3.5 x 5.0 cm, with blue background)
  • Certified true copy of parents’ Marriage Certificate (for both father and mother in same application).
  • Certified true copy of applicants Birth Certificate (indicate the Main-applicant is their children).

Stage 2 Obtain Conditional Approval

MM2H Agent will follow up with MM2H One Stop Service Centra. MM2H Agent will collect the Certificate once the Conditional Approval Certificate is issued  and inform Applicant and his/ her dependents to prepare the journey to Malaysia within 90 days.

Before & During Arrival in Malaysia

  1. The first arriving to Malaysia, the applicant need to make sure he/ her and dependents are coming with normal tourist visa because they still haven’t get the final approval of MM2H visa. (Please get advise from our consultant due to the method may be different)
  2. Applicants can only apply for a fixed bank account in Malaysia by presenting a conditional approval letter. When the required amount (based on different conditions for Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Special Zone) needs to be deposited into the bank account, the bank will issue a fixed deposit confirmation letter.
  3. Applicants and dependents must purchase medical insurance applicable to Malaysia in Malaysia.
  4. Applicant  should plan to stay in Malaysia for couples of days (about 7-10 days) due to the bank account and medical insurance may take few days.

Stage 3 Open Bank Account, Purchase Insurance and Medical Checkup

During the stay in Malaysia, applicant need to complete following few steps

Opening Fixed Deposit Account

  1. Applicant can only apply Malaysia fixed deposit bank account by showing the Conditional Approval Certificate. Bank will issue the Fixed Deposit Confirmation Letter when the required amount (RM 1 Million) need to be deposited to the bank account.
  2. Applicant also can communicate with his bank to assist open fixed deposit account in branch of Malaysia.

Purchasing Medical Insurance (Not applicable for above 60 years old)

  1. Applicant and dependents are required to purchase Medical Insurance in Malaysia that is applicable in Malaysia.
  2. There are various medical insurance companies can offer the services.

Medical Checkup

  1. Applicant and dependents are need to do medical checkup and obtain medical report (As MM2H Standard Form RBII)  from any private hospital  or registered clinic in Malaysia.

There are 3 important documents (Fixed Deposit Certificate, Medical Insurance Policy, Medical Report) from above mentioned steps will be submitted to MM2H centre. Normally MM2H Agent will collect them from applicant and submit on behalf of applicant.

Stage 4 Obtain MM2H Visa

After receiving documents from Stage 3, Agent will submit your documents and passport to MM2H Centre, Immigration Department to finalise the MM2H Visa application.

There are some fees need to pay to MM2H Office:

  • MM2H Social Visit Pass- RM 500 per year (Depend applicant & dependents’ passport validity)
  • Multiple EntryVisa-  RM XXX per year (Depend applicant & dependents’ passport validity and nationality)
  • Journey Performed Visa- RM 500+ RM XXX (Depend applicant & dependents’ nationality)

When complete above mentioned submission and payment, applicant & dependent’s passports will be stamped with MM2H Visa. Normally agent will deliver your passports to your door step.
